The Cobbler Hotel in Wellington exceeded my expectations. The decor mixed American retro industrial with Japanese minimalism beautifully. It felt stylish and cozy, reminding me of the Ace Hotel in New York. The virtual front desk made check-in seamless, and the staff was quick to respond to any inquiries. I loved the snacks they provided, especially after a long day of exploring. On the downside, the noise at night was a bit disruptive for a light sleeper like me. Ear plugs were complimentary, but it would be ideal if the hotel could focus on soundproofing the rooms a little more.

Luxurious decor with thoughtful snacks made our stay enjoyable. However, the lack of bathroom lighting was inconvenient.

More pros than cons, but still…
Our stay was lingered by comfortable beds and a thoughtful decor blending styles beautifully. The delicious snacks offered were a delightful surprise after a long day exploring the city. A truly great touch.
Finding the entrance was tricky due to inadequate signage, and we encountered issues locating the lift, paired with narrow rooms that may not suit everyone looking for spacious accommodation.

The Cobbler was a fantastic stay! Loved the cozy decor and super comfy bed. Self-check-in worked like a charm. Just a heads up, kitchen bin access was a bit annoying. I’d definitely recommend it!

Self-check-in could be confusing.

Absolutely adored the charming decor and the comfy bed! Plus, the thoughtful little snacks were such a welcome surprise after a long day.
However, finding the place was like a scavenger hunt, and the stairs in heels were not exactly the vibe I wanted! If only the bathroom mirror lights were as bright as my future!
