Incredible location, the hotel was perfectly clean.
I loved the room with excellent amenities, the bed was comfy. I had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Location: the hotel was just next door to all the main attractions and a courtyard of an old shoe factory and shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and patient.

The staff is very helpful and attentive, and the owner too. It is nestled in the heart of the town, close to Te Aro Park. It's also not far from a courtyard of an old shoe factory and the main attractions downtown:)))
